Privacy
The Mr. 6 Foundation is a small non-profit. This page says plainly what we collect and what we do with it. If anything here is unclear, ask us.
What we collect
Only what you type into one of our four forms:
- Showcase application — your company details, your name and email, and what you are looking for.
- Network sign-up — your name, email, organisation, role, markets, and what you can offer or need.
- Event registration — your name, email, organisation and any notes you add.
- Contact form — your name, email and message.
We also store the IP address a submission came from, purely to slow down spam, and a session cookie that keeps forms working. There is no advertising tracking on this site and no third-party analytics beacons.
What we do with it
- Read it, by hand, to decide whether we can help.
- Make introductions — always with your name attached, never anonymously behind your back.
- Email you Foundation updates, if you ticked that box. Every email has an unsubscribe.
What gets published
Only approved showcase companies appear publicly, and only the company-level fields: name, summary, market, industry, stage, AI role and website. Network member profiles are never published. Your email address is never shown on the site.
What we never do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your details.
- We do not pass your contact details to a third party without asking you first.
- We do not use your submission to train anything.
Keeping and deleting
We keep submissions for as long as the Foundation is actively working with you, and review old records periodically. You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it entirely — email us through the contact form and we will action it within 30 days.
Where the data lives
In a MySQL database on the server hosting this site, reachable only by the Foundation. Email notifications, when enabled, pass through our email provider.
