1. What this site is

mr6.foundation is operated by the Mr. 6 Foundation, a non-profit initiative founded by Mr. 6. The site publishes information about the Foundation, its showcase, and its events, and collects submissions from people who want to take part.

2. Not financial services

The Foundation is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, investment bank, fund manager or law firm, and it is not registered as any of those. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, nor is it investment, legal, tax or accounting advice.

Introductions made by the Foundation are for community and educational purposes. Any investment, partnership or commercial arrangement that follows is entirely between the parties involved, who are responsible for their own diligence and their own professional advice.

3. No fees, no equity

Joining the network, applying to the showcase and being introduced are free. The Foundation does not take equity, carry, commission or a success fee on anything that results from an introduction.

4. What you submit

You confirm that what you submit is accurate, that you are entitled to share it, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights. By applying to the showcase you grant the Foundation permission to publish the company-level information you provide — company name, summary, market, industry, stage and website — if your application is approved. You can ask us to unpublish it at any time.

5. Selection is ours

The showcase is curated. We may accept, decline, unpublish or remove any application or network profile at our discretion, and we are not obliged to explain why. Being declined is not a judgement about your company.

6. Events

Registering for an event, including MISS-1, is an expression of interest and does not guarantee a place. Dates, venue, programme and speakers may change. We will confirm details by email before asking anyone to book travel. Attendees are expected to behave decently towards one another; we may decline entry on that basis.

7. No warranty

The site and the showcase are provided as-is. We do not verify or endorse the companies listed, and we make no representation about their prospects, their claims or their conduct. To the fullest extent the law allows, the Foundation is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from any introduction made through it.

8. Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site, submit other people's details without their consent, use the forms to send spam or solicitations, or misrepresent who you are. We will remove accounts and submissions that do.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the Foundation grows. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
